I received the product much earlier than the expected date. It was neatly packed. Product is running very good. This is my second time I purchased this kind of product. Previous was the HZ 970. Thank you so much.
I had previously gotten a smaller heater also by Honeywell and is good but the HZ-980 by far has been one of the best heaters I've tried, I'm very satisfied with this product.
Bought two,two years ago from HSN gave one to my sister and she loves this heater. Both of us has saved on our heating bills.
I love this heater so much that this is the second one I have purchased! It does a fabulous job of quickly heating the room! It is very sturdy and easy to clean! I highly recommend this product! It is reasonably priced for the quality of the product. Thank-you Honeywell!

Confirm that the electrical outlet is working and then check if the batteries in the remote are operational.
Confirm that the electrical outlet is working and then check for any obstructions. If an obstruction is found, turn heater OFF, unplug, allow to cool and remove obstruction.
Confirm heater is not tipped and safety tip over switch is activated. If error code E1 is illuminated in Temperature Display, the heater is in tipped position and will remain off until moved into upright position.
