The hybrid solar LED area light by Light Efficient Design is a new and innovative fixture that leverages both solar power as well as line voltage. It provides bright, constant and interruption free illumination with even more energy savings than purely line voltage LED fixtures. The integrated intelligent control module knows when to switch from cost-free solar power (stored in the internal battery) to line voltage (when battery is depleted). The all-in-one design includes an easy to install and operate fixture, adjustable solar panel with multiple mounting and lens types available, and exclusive long lasting battery that withstands extreme temperatures. Each fixture includes a slip-fitter bracket (with other mounts available - sold separately). Dusk to dawn operation is the default setting, with 80% brightness for the first 2 hours followed by 50% constant illumination until triggered by the integrated motion sensor to return back to 80% brightness.
