The Light Efficient Design LumiCleanse Portable UV-C quartz tower is a proven germicidal solution to our world's increased concerns with pathogen control. The 254nm wavelength has been tested using CDC standards to eliminate viruses at a 99.9% effectively kill rate for both surface and airborne pathogens (bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus and allergens) within its recommended coverage area of 2,000 square feet. As UV-C light is not recommended for human contact, this light is built with safety in mind. Once disinfection time is set by the included remote control, there is a safety delay before the UV-C light turns on, allowing the user time to exit the space. An integrated motion sensor automatically detects of someone enters the space during operation which immediately turns the light off. Select from 3 timing options for operation duration: 30, 60 or 120 minutes. Being portable and compact, this fixture can simply be wheeled over to a desired location for disinfection.
