The condo has several absentee residents. These water leak alarms are an inexpensive solution to alert about a leak before it becomes a big job to clean up.

I have this water leak alarm by my washer machine and twice it has rung to alert me to the water that was collecting on the floor. I was able to quickly stop the machine and fix the load of wash. I am very happy with this product.

Now remember we were able to test it with a lid with some water and the alarm is loud. Lets hope we never ever have to have it work for real, but happy with the item.

Although their price is a bit on the high side they're worth every penny of the peace of mind they so efficiently deliver. Water leaks are no joke and cost hundreds of dollars of damage in your home. I only wish I knew of their existence prior to the damage I had due to a toilet that ran over for hours. Never again thanks to these devices. Thank you Honeywell.

We received all the detectors before the promised date. They were easy to assemble and place. My only concern is there doesn't seem to be a way to test them unless I expose them to water. Then I don't know how to shut it off
