Three years ago, I purchased a Honeywell Exec. gun safe. From the time of my purchase and the present, First Alert purchased the Honeywell brand. When my Honeywells electronic lock system failed, My first thought, was that First Alert was not going to honor the Honeywel warranty. Was I ever wrong. From my first contact with First Alert warranty division folks, I knew that I was going to be taken care of in a professional reasonable manner. They tried to help me resolve the locks issues, but when it became clear that it could not be fixed, they did the unthinkable, THEY REPLACED THE SAFE, without a hint of hassel. Was that ever refreshing. Thanks Lori, Tasha, David and Terry from the First Alert warranty division, your all ACES in my book. Would I purchase this safe or other First Alert products again......With this type of service....YOU BET!
